What is Covered

Lovelace Plumbing Company, Inc. provides a one year warranty from the date of service warranting material supplied and workmanship to be free of defects.

What is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover appliances, fixtures, faucets, and piping supplied by customer.

This warranty does not cover fixtures, faucets, and piping which has been damaged due to misuse, abuse, neglect, carelessness, or accidents such as:

– Use of incorrect voltage, gas flow, and/or water flow

– Improper or insufficient ventilation

– Failure to follow the operating instructions provided by manufacturer

– Improper or unauthorized repair

– Fire, flood, “acts of God,” or other contingencies beyond the control of Lovelace Plumbing Company, Inc.

This warranty does not cover defects caused by alteration and/or modification to fixtures, faucets, or piping.

This warranty does not cover normal maintenance items.

This warranty does not cover any stoppages, obstructions, fissures, or debris removal from piping.

This warranty does not cover fixtures, faucets, or piping used in commercial and/or industrial locations.

This warranty does not cover or include the manufactures warranty. Please contact the manufacturer for warranty details.

This warranty is nontransferable.

What Lovelace Will Do

To obtain warranty service contact Lovelace Plumbing Company, Inc. in writing, 6085 Business Park Drive, Columbus, GA 31909, or by calling 706-563-2067, or visit www.lovelaceplumbing .com.

Lovelace Plumbing Company, Inc. will, at its election, repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustment where Lovelace Plumbing Company, Inc. inspections discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage within one (1) year after service.

**Keep your receipt/invoice; records are kept onsite for 5 years only.
